A special notation as well as if you have an angler with a disability he is willing to help- as a long time client of his, with CP, he needed to help me on and off the boat.
Capt. Paulie is the best there is. A true Key West conch who knows every inch of water around Key West and the Lower keys. Paulie is pleasure to spend a full day on the water with.
